AI Product & Engineering Intern

Position Overview

DreamCollege.ai is seeking highly motivated college students and rising high school seniors to join our team as AI Product & Engineering Interns. This internship provides hands-on experience working on real AI-powered product initiatives in a fast-growing EdTech startup environment.

Interns will support product development, AI agent innovation, data research, workflow automation, testing, and platform improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with the product and engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in AI, startups, product innovation, education technology, and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to process, organize, validate, and structure college, career, and education-related data

• Support the design, testing, and improvement of AI agents that help students with college, career, and academic planning

• Assist with development and testing of AI-powered product features and workflows

• Conduct research related to colleges, careers, admissions, education trends, and AI technologies

• Support prompt engineering, AI workflow optimization, and automation initiatives

• Perform quality assurance testing on platform features and AI-generated outputs

• Help evaluate AI agent responses for accuracy, clarity, personalization, and usefulness

• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, product usability, and student engagement

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas, AI agents, and feature enhancements

• Collaborate with product and engineering team members on innovation initiatives

• Support operational and product improvement projects across the platform

Requirements
